Questions
- Which races does it cover?
- The Colorado Trail Race in both directions, the Tour Divide, and the Arizona Trail Race 300 and 800. More routes are coming.
- Does it work without a phone signal?
- Yes. Your plan, arrival times, store answers and race mode work for days without a signal. Download the map for your route before you leave and the map works offline too. Updates to race data download the next time you have a signal.
- When can I get it?
- Bikepacking Wizard is in development and coming to iPhone. It is not on sale yet. Write to nate@bikepackingwizard.com to hear when it launches.
- What will it cost?
- The planned price is one subscription at $69 a year, in US dollars, billed by Apple through the App Store. There is no free version.
- How do I cancel?
- Apple manages the subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Bikepacking Wizard, then tap Cancel Subscription.
- How do I get a refund?
- Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund", choose the reason and select Next, then select Bikepacking Wizard and submit.
- Is there an Android version?
- Not yet. Android is planned after the iPhone launch.
- Does the app share my location?
- No. Your location stays on your phone. The privacy policy has the details.
